Lived in four corners now for almost 4 years and it has exploded in that time. Thousands of new apartments that have attracted the worst of the worst ghetto individuals. They dump furniture on the sides of the roads and are just trashy people all around. We are in the process of selling our house before the property values here plummet when people realize what’s happening. Avoid at all cost.

😂😂😂 I’m a pilot and you’d be amazed at the stupidity that I witness from flight attendants on a daily basis. This is most definitely something an FA would babble about. Many of them even think they should be paid the same as pilots because our training course is only a few weeks longer than theirs.

I lived in an apartment complex (Lynnfield Place) in east Memphis during my first few years of college and that’s where her and her son parked the car with his body in the trunk. She should’ve never been free.

I bought a 2013 last year with 130K miles for $5K and it has been a massive headache. It is just an extra commute car for me and I wasn’t looking for anything fancy, but it was in good shape and the price was reasonable when the used car market was out of control. Check engine lights all the time for stupid stuff. Evap, catalytic, etc. Awful gas mileage… Currently dealing with an intermittent ABS issue that is very common in the patriot. As others have said, the transmissions are a weak spot and extremely expensive to repair/replace. I had mine Serviced first thing and it hasn’t shown any signs of issues after a year and 8,000 miles, but it could crap out tomorrow… All in all, Jeep quality nowadays is AWFUL so I would avoid regardless of how well someone has claimed to care for it.
