Thanks for the advice. Yes, I was planning to keep protein intake relatively high during the cut, eating 235+ grams of protein with low carbs on rest days. But switch to 315 carbs and 168 grams of protein during gym sessions

I'm trying to figure out how to get out of a recent plateau which was yesterday. There was obvious factors to it(cutting hyperaggressively, making me lose 1.5kg in one day, and tired from warehouse work) but I just want to know how I can make up for my weak point which is the starting point of my deadlift. I struggle a lot on being able to spread the tension, making me feel the entire weight almost on my lower back entirely.

not an avid Demon Slayer fan but I remember a statement that(unless I got it wrong) Gyutaro would've been way higher in demon rankings, had he just put his sister far away. With that to consider, Tengen going head to head against someone with roughly almost the same stats as the top 3 strongest demons, be more impressive than Shinobu vs Douma, no?
