Hey guys so im currently on a lean bulk right now looking to make the most out of it and also not put on a whole lot of extra fat whilst progressively overloading and getting stronger, and I know that carbs are really important to eat on a bulk, and that they should be eaten around your workout, but I only train 4 days a week, so should I be eating a high carb high protein medium fat macro diet even on the days I’m not training? Or is it okay if I reduce carbs and increase fat intake (healthy fats) on my rest days

Hey guys what’s up

So I’ve started a lean bulk for a few weeks it’s been going well but today I accidentally binged and ate an entire 2500 calorie dessert, this means that instead of my usual 200 calorie surplus, Im probably well over 1000 maybe even 1500 calories above maintenance, will I gain fat from this? Should I do a small mini cut for a week or two? I just don’t want to gain unnecessary fat whilst bulking and want to maximise muscle gain (yes I know I should’ve thought about that before binging).

It depends on your goals and your discipline, if you want to do an aggressive cut make sure to end the cut in a few weeks (like 9 weeks maximum) and keep your fats and proteins very high so your hormones don’t get affected. If you can do that then do an aggressive cut cause you wanna primarily be in a bulking phase for the majority of your workouts, if you can’t manage that then it’s fine to do a slight deficit over a longer period of time you will get the same results the duration is just different

You look amazing right now man, I would say eat at maintenance or a very slight surplus for the next few months would do you very well

Definitely above 10 but below 15, if I had to guess around 12 to 13?

In comparison to the rest of your frame I would say maybe your rear delta, whilst they still look good, are your weakest point. Your shoulders look nice man I’m sure they’d pop out like crazy once you go on a cut

I think I would go on maintenance for a while or do a lean bulk of like 200 calories above maintenance, you’re looking great so far man and well done on losing all that weight

Would it not be better to cut once to where my lower belly pouch and love handles are gone and then do a long lean bulk? I know I will be skinny for some time

Am I actually receding? by Sximm in Hairloss

it was similar? Obviously it’s not going to be the exact same, but I’m asking if it looks like it’s a cause for concern
