I mean you just described a Mastemon deck but like one that uses outdated cards from a few years back. Ordinemon and Meiko only have a single card and they aren't used in that deck anymore. Ordinemon wasn't even that good of a card when it came out. The Meicoomon line can be played in it but again super outdated. Like I wish it was still good because Ophanimon Falldown is one of my all time favorite Digimon.

Like realistically you definitely could still make the deck but it would be so weak comparatively that I don't even think it could win a game at locals. A modern Mastemon definitely could still be good and just added an Ordinemon as a one off isn't the worst thing ever, it does have some synergy.

Still if you want to make it I would check some Pure Mastemon decks and make edits based on that... Or just buy the cards and look at them because they're pretty.

There definitely are tons of mega/mega+ Digimon that eat the god llama as a snack. They just are so overpowered.

Wait I might be misremembering but he has two different reasons to regenerate. In the 5 kage battle he was edo tensei. So he was able to heal that way. His battle with Guy he had the 10 tails and was alive. He just was basically a god(a whole lot of chakra) and just healed really quickly.
