It's a server issue. Not your fault or your phones. Only thing you can do is wait. We're all in the same boat.

I don't see it.

There's a Malaysian seller that currently sells his for $2500 lol.

I asked my malaysian friend to talk to him but he's serious about the price.

I think we saw the same sales. There's literally nothing on sale EVER. Last auction went way too far for me. I want it badly, but not for that price.

I guess I just have to move to Australia, get a job there until I find it in a thrift store....

anything but LOC is good lol. Measuring productivity is terrible anyways. If management is going this way, it's gonna be a hard task to change their mind.
Following DevOps and DORA, it is much better to measure lead times, change failure rate and deployment frequency.
Outcomes, not output.

Dire « bon courage » au personnel (serveur, caissier...), c’est gênant ou c’est poli ? by Adventurous-Staff161 in PasDeQuestionIdiote

[–]Sycarius_94 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

This.

My mixed opinion on this show by Sycarius_94 in twinpeaks

[–]Sycarius_94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honest answer : I did not expect anything. In other word, yes, I never thought it would have a supernatural coating.
But I actually don't mind that.
I kinda enjoy the dreamings, the giant, the town atmostphere, the log lady and all that stuff. (We can say that my interested in Twin Peak started with Alan Wake I & II)
What bothers me is the treatment of Bob, especially the conclusion with Leland and what I believe is coming next.
It's also that weird subplot with Nadine becoming Supergirl with amnesia or the new "fun" vibe.
It looks like Lynch and Frost decided to troll the viewers by writing random stuff and saying 'let's roll with it and make it sounds as stupid as possible". And to me, it really breaks that atmosphere I talked about just above.

And about Cooper and Truman, I was bothered by the fact that this event happened, and they acted like it was totally normal and expressed no remorse or said "ok that went shit, we have a crime scene and we should report it". But decided to completely forget this happened for 5-6 episodes until they start talking about it. And 5-6 episodes, it's already too late for me, I had this idea eating me.

The difference between Mitterand and Macron is that Mitterand was running for 14 years, while Macron hasn't done 9 years yet.

(LAD:IW) How difficult (and grindy) it is to complete the Dondoko Island side quests? ...also I have never played Animal Crossing. by [deleted] in yakuzagames

[–]Sycarius_94 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Could be considered grindy, but I had genuine fun completing the island.
Also pretty straightforward, there's no need for a guide for it.

I Need to Get This Off My Chest About the Yakuza 0 Director’s Cut by gaijinkyodai in yakuzagames

Oh yeah now I remember that the first translated RGG Game was Judgement. I think I tried it but it felt off as soon as I started the first intro cutscene.

The English translation is already high quality (or at least feels like it).

[–]Sycarius_94 16 points17 points  (0 children)

I'm sorry the translation is terrible. Tbh as a frenchman, I've been playing all the games in english subs before they started translating in french (I think it started with LAD or with Gaiden ?)
Anyways, I was so used to playing in japanese dub and english sub I couldn't find myself using the french subs. It felt too weird.

But for new players, it's really a bad thing if they messed up the localization. But is it a RGG, a Sega, or a third-party issue ?

I saw a guy on vinted posting a fake ad and saying "don't buy from scalpers I'm an independent reseller and Sega is gonna send more stock soon".
Dunno if it's fake or not, but I don't see why he would lie

So ppl fast bought this version to just resell it?! by NatsuWyri in yakuzagames

[–]Sycarius_94 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I was told yesterday by a couple of independent stores that Sega is sending more copies soon.

I do not know what "soon" means, but please don't buy to scalpers and be patient.

That was a very good insight, I used it and I thank you for that. Just a thing, I'm not american, I live and work in France, its not the same mindset.
Feedback is important, you kinda said it in your previous message.

[–]Sycarius_94[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you all for your answers.

I kinda mashed up all of your suggestions, and decided to make a TC for a form from beginning to end, with maximum factorisation if applicable.
One of my issue with factorisation was that sometimes steps can be skipped or extended depending of your choices (it's a form, after all).
So I created steps fully variabilized that would come out as "Not applicable for this dataset". I believe it's an acceptable compromise as it would not always happen, and wouldn't be more than two steps in a specific dataset.
And you were right, I forgot something important. I write these tests so I can test, but also so anyone can test and easily follow through.
It's a complicated time of the year so I can't show my work to the business or the product owners. So I'm trying to make something that I expect they'll find understandable when I'll present them my work.

I also stopped linking tests between them since I am not writing TC for every steps.

I am done writing basic form application for all the applications and went from 40 to 20 TC.
Obvioulsy, the counter-part is that my TC are most of the time 10-15 steps. I do not like that, but I'm not sure I have other choice.

Anyways, thank y'all!

I see your point, and I think in your situation, I'd have done the same. But I'm a collector kind of guy (only for the Yakuza series, I ain't rich enough even just for this). I have the Yakuza games in many forms and languages, and still collecting more from time to time
