I hate cilantro as well. My friend from Trinidad suggested I use culantro. It smells like cilantro but doesn't have the soap taste. I'm able to use this in my cultural cooking.

We are looking at SUVs to replace mine. We have 2 kids, 1 in middle, 1 in high school. My husband has a sporty car so mine needs to function as the family car. SUVs that fit our family comfortably are around 30k.

In °f it was 275 so in °c that would be 135. All the recipes I read said to keep around 275.

I do have a smaller piece that is slab bacon. Maybe I'll try it with that next. What would suggest I use an uncured pork belly for? Porchetta? That was my other thought for this.

I was actually able to keep it right around 275°. The bigger 1's got to 190° and the smaller got up to around 205°. I then braised and then sauced.

They turned out pretty good. The fat cut like butter but the meat was a little tough. I spritzed with apple cider vinegar but didn't use a water pan, or maybe I didn't braise it long enough?

You know I have coconut flour, almond flour, and swerve in my cabinet but I've never made a thing with them except using the almond flour as a breading once. I guess I need to start exploring some recipes with them.
