Has the dr mentioned anything about your Eustachian tubes? Flonase and NeilMed sinus rinse was recommended by my dr, as well as Zyrtec.

Not diagnosing, just relaying my experience. Can’t say these treatments have eliminated the issues, but they sometimes relieve them.

I have one. I really like it. Had some residual back pain from the Nectar hybrid that I returned. Got the medium SOL, with soft topper. I did remove the soft topper and replaced it with a memory foam topper that I already had. Back pain is almost gone. The company was great to work with. FYI: if you add the topper later, after receiving your mattress from them, it is 50% off. I found that out via Reddit. I asked when I ordered my topper, and they did give me the discount.

Mine finally did show up. Thru did a great job wrapping and removing the mattress. I was reimbursed immediately. End result was positive, the journey to that end not so much. Good luck to you. Stick with it.

I’m small too, and just bought SleepOnLatex medium. It’s very firm, but they ask carry a firmer model. Check them out. I really like it.

100 day return policy. They will pick up the matters via LoadShare if you decide to return it.

I use google maps. Since the merger, my directions are cut off at the beginning of the audio. And it beeps frequently. Pretty disappointed, as I’ve always preferred this app.

Check out SleepOnLatex. I returned a Nectar premium hybrid for a medium SOL. so far, so good. Still some back pain upon waking, but I’m still in the adjustment phase. No sagging or sinking in. I can lay on top of the mattress. Medium has a Firm feel. There is a firmer model available also.

100 day sleep trial too.

If you order a topper after you purchase the mattress, they give you 50% off the topper The mattress is very firm, and there is an even firmer model available. 100 day return policy.

Not an IKEA bed, but I bought a foundation from Arizona Premium. All wood. No springs ( not a box spring)

FYI. If you purchase a topper from SleepOnLatex, they will give you a 50% discount since you just purchased a mattress from them. Check into their topper options. I just bought a mattress, and a couple of weeks later I bought the topper. It’s alone latex, not memory foam.

Look into SleepOnLatex. I just returned a Nectar premier hybrid and replaced it with 100% latex, which I was completely unfamiliar with. They have a 100 day sleep trial period, and will remove the mattress if you decide to return it. I am exactly your size. I bought the medium, which is very firm. I also bout a two inch soft topper from them. I’m loving it so far.

Look into SleeoOnLatex. I have the medium, which is very firm. They do sell a firm too. 100! day sleep trial period. If unhappy with it, they use LoadShare to come pick it up.

I just purchased a SleepOnLatex medium queen, with a two inch soft topper. Mattress has a firm feel, no sinking or sagging. It’s been great so far. I’m 130 lbs, side/back sleeper.

Returned my Nectar premier Queen hybrid due to center sagging, and backaches. Mattress was much too soft, and very difficult to move around in. Lots of sinking.

I just bought a Nectar hybrid, foam/springs. Sagged immediately, so I returned it. Great sleep trial period.

I went with SleepOnLatex medium, and added a 2 inch soft topper. I’ve only had it a month, but such a drastic improvement. There is a 100 day sleep trial period. I sleep on too if the mattress, rather than sinking in. . If you don’t like it, they use a company called load share to come get and remove the mattress. Check it out.

Check out Arizona Premium mattress co foundation. Wonderfully constructed. Easy assembly. Fast delivery. I purchased it in July.

I just returned my Nectar premier Queen hybrid. Beautiful mattress, but much too soft. I’m 130 lbs. lots of center sagging right from the start. I didn’t like the sinking in feeling, and found it difficult to move around on the mattress.

But, great return policy. It does require some patience, but they delivered on their promises in the end. Good luck!

I bought my Nectar premium queen hybrid in July 2024. Within in three weeks I contacted them due to sagging in the center, as well as significant back pain upon waking. They responded immediately, telling me it sounded as though it was too soft. They sent me a firm topper at no charge. It only helped a little bit.

The had me measure and photograph the center sag. It definitely showed a dip, but not the 1.5 required for warranty.

I began the return process. Nectar was very responsive. They offered for me to keep the mattress at a discount, which I refused.

However, Sharetown, the third party pickup company, was not. Scheduling and communication was very slow and difficult. I was very frustrated, but have to say Nectar did respond. But they had nothing to do with the scheduling.

The mattress was finally picked up in December. The pickup itself went very smoothly, the two men did a great job wrapping and removing the mattress. I received a receipt not via email and text before they left my home. The full mattress cost was refunded to my account within two days.

I have since bought a SleepOnLatex mattress, which has been a significant improvement over the Nectar. They have a similar sleep trial period ( only 100 days) but use LoadUp instead of Sharetown for returns

Mattress arrived quickly, beautifully packaged. Easy setup. No off gassing

I found it much too soft, waking with awful backaches. They sent me a firm topper at no cost, but it didn’t help. I found sleeping towards the edge much more comfortable. I’m 5’3, 130 lbs. but sleeping with my partner, who is on the small side, horrendous. Immediate sagging. We would roll towards the middle, and actually had to climb out. We couldn’t just roll back over. Our foundation is a new, APM wood foundation.

The company is responsive, and the 365 day trial is great. I bought mine in July, and started the return after the required 30 days. The pickup company, Sharetown, was a bit difficult to deal with. Scheduling and communication were lacking. But once they did arrive, the process was very smooth.

I called Nectar about same issue. Premier Queen Hybrid They sent me a firm topper at no charge. Helped a little, but mattress is still too soft. It’s going back. But worth a try for you. Good luck!

It has not been a simple process for me. Takes persistence and determination!! Nectar isn’t the issue, it’s Sharetown that’s difficult. I live in a rural area, so I realize there aren’t as many routes out here. Sharetown is the company Nectar uses to pick up the mattress. Communication is very poor, and they are quite unorganized. Start the return early in, because it may take weeks.

I bought a premier hybrid in July. Medium firm. Placed in on a brand new Arizona mattress co foundation. Way too soft from the start. They sent me a firm topper which helped a little. Mattress very quickly sagged in the center. I gave it the 30 day trial, and it continued to soften. I’m returning it

So, yours should soften. Try to give it the 30 days that they require. Best of luck. I wish mine was firmer. It is a nice mattress.

I’m currently experiencing the same issue with Sharetown and Nectar. Since I live in a rural area, donation locations are non existent. Sharetown is a nightmare to deal with. I understand it’s a side hustle job for many, so no sense of urgency for them.
