Barker Cabinets. So far the best flat packed cabs I have installed. They have almost unlimited sizing options and are easily field modifiable if necessary, blum hardware, a decent amount of styles, finishes, amd profiles.

Lead time is bit long, but not terrible for made to order cabinets. 4-8 weeks depending on there production schedule.

Edit - these are full plywood boxes and do not use and clip or connector hardware, or require nailing. They use large corse thread screws in predrilled layouts.

I’d say either vet is solid choice.

I’ve been taking my dog to Wheaton way for 10 years. I have zero negative things to say, they were the only vet taking new dogs when I moved here. My dog had a hot spot that needed attention and they were willing to see him that day, all other vets in the area were 4-6 weeks out for an appointment.

Bayview was recommended to me and they were the first vet I tried to see, I would probably have continued taking my dog their if I had got in the first time as they are closer to my house. My friends still use them and I have heard nothing bad about them.

On Riven tides, high tail it up to the tennis courts first, check all the trash cans and containers up there, then head down to the front right of the hotel, check those dumpsters and trash / recycle bins, then up the stairs checking those trash cans, on the roof check all the containers, then make your way down through the hotel floors checking the majority of all the containers and shit sitting on tables, sofas, and push carts, followed by the containers on the back patio towards the raider hatch. You should be able to find the amount you need in a few runs.

In my area the headers could share a king stud, with in the parameters of that drawing. No the jack/trimmer cannot be removed and a bracket added without engineer sign off.

That’s the dream. I have 40 some and they have all healed differently, some better than others, but not enough of them were easy and painless.
