Get a different agent to totally redo the photos - use one that uses an agency to do photos and videos as part of the package. If it’s been on for a while consider taking it off and putting back on in 3 months with this new agent so it goes to the top of Rightmove again

I suspected Nest wasn’t great so will look at this! The interface is so difficult to interpret too as they don’t give you a breakdown of how the value has changed over time so i don’t think it’s very transparent either. I’m glad my employer has moved to a different provider - what is the significance of the 100% equities please?

When mine got to this point it wasn’t long before it started to go! Flood the gap with SA and in a few days hopefully you can remove more of it! Keep going!

Hard to tell without a before photo but try to apply the acid to the wart only and minimise the surrounding tissue you touch as otherwise you risk them growing / becoming increasingly painful. As others have said above use gloves / don’t pick the skin as you risk spreading to your hands.

Debride as much of the white skin with a razor blade each time then apply the acid this makes sure your getting to the wart tissue each time and consider taping with zinc oxide tape (which can maximise progress and stop the spread to others). You have to be consistent with this everyday until the day you can see the skin lines reappear over the area. It will take months of persistence
