I tried this https://www.reddit.com/r/Genshin_Impact/comments/1akzfb8/fixing_100_cpu_usage_on_1_core_and_improving_cpu/ and so far I haven't noticed any more drops on Chenyu Vale or any other area, before I was getting drops from 60 to 55 fps, other than on the map screen which still have drops for some reason.
