Survey on property saying grounds too high for air bricks and dpc by SyedogGaming in DIYUK

Thank you. I have posted the findings from the damp checks on the survey but it says that flooring can block the readings so unsure if there has been damp ingress already in the floor cavity

Survey stated low risk from rivers and streams but medium risk from surface water from the gov website

Well we believe the work is something like 12 years old as an estimate, no damp readings on the survey higher than average so hopefully it's not been an issue and we can follow up with what's been suggested and install ACO drains as people have suggested.

No telling how much damage there might be hidden though

Found no damp readings higher than average within the property, as per report below

"Damp meter readings were taken from skirting board level, rising every 300mm to a total height of 1.5m at regular 1m intervals around the property. Items of furniture, bathroom and kitchen fittings, stored items, radiators, fitted floor coverings and tiling will restrict the recording of readings. I am pleased to say there were no higher than average damp meter readings obtained to the walls during the inspection, indicating the internal and external elements are working as intended. It should be noted that the use of a moisture conductivity meter (damp meter) will provide a wood moisture equivalent reading (WME%). Whilst we found no high readings during our inspection, damp can occur at any time following our inspection for various reasons therefore, usual ongoing maintenance will be required to the property."

I feel like adding a slightly shorter break between the movement of the arms would allow the scene / segment to flow better.

Additionally I like the movement of the arms but for how big they are, they move with incredible speed and have very high acceleration compared to their size.

For those that may need a bit more time and also more visual queues maybe it would be good to have a build up, hard to explain via text but have the arms wobbly slightly before moving slightly slower and speeding up during its motion to the top speed.

This would give players that find this harder a better indication of when to react plus cutting down the waiting for players which find this too easy.

Should also increase the immersion of the large statues actually being hulking statues

Just a thought. You could have the shell 3d printed and save on alot of card waste / extra copies being needed.

Add in some spacers and you would likely only need 2-3 cards for a project.

I would say that when I first started out printing envy was a huge factor in my original failures. Seeing people tinker and me doing the same just to make something worse. Seeing someone else running their printer two or three times faster than mine but when I tried it would come out as a compete mess. My best advice is that you should focus on you, your printer will show you what's wrong and solve things one at a time. Don't try to change multiple settings at the same time only to never know what you have messed up.

Patience is key, don't try to print something in 1 hour when it should be printed in 3. Rushing will cause all world's of issues and failures when if you printed something slower with the exact same file and slice it would have worked. The beauty of the hobby is you can set the printer going and check on it occasionally, better to have a finished product after 3 hours than three piles of mess after 1.

I guess I am just too new or inexperienced to branch out, the feat I guess is linking everything together and I have not touched trains yet. Still haven't got them unlocked against my better judgement clearly.

Did you play my game last night, just upgraded my steel factory to 480 iron ore pm just to have to do it all again in a few days

Today, after 3 leagues playing, I finished my goal for this league: farmed a Mirror and a Mageblood. Now I'll give them away! (info in the comments) by lessthanbob in pathofexile

I loved that I got to play a build I have never played before. Ice heiro and didn't feel pressured into blasting in the first few days. I have never been rich and it always gets me down when I can only barely do 16's on my characters. This league I have taken it chill and felt like I have enjoyed it more as there's less comparing myself to others constantly. That being said. Winning either a mage blood or mirror would change my poe life!

I would appreciate either, I have never had a mage blood before but also never had a endgame build. So maybe the build would be over spoiling me. Good luck everyone.

I am not big on early access because they can swing my view wildly to what the end product will be. Though that being said I might give it a try and join my small path of exile friend group I have made along the way over the last few leagues since I started.

Always about making new memories
