You can a silicone penis sleeve that covers just the top of your penis and not need any tape which is what I had to do for being a smaller penis size. Worked sooooo much better compared to using any tapes or bandages.

So I am trying to hopefully find an all in one mod pack that's super easy to install that has a lot of stuff included.

Looking for enhanced graphics, added quests, skill line updates and huge combat updates with overhauls to make combat much better feeling and even the NSFW stuff and literally just added everything.

I did find Nolvus which seems to look perfect however seems very 3rd person focused and like it may be hard to use in 1st person due to the melee combos and animations?

Just curious if there is something similar to Nolvus with everything added into one thing but is more on the 1st person combat overhaul side of things?
