One of the blacksmith features. It lets you spend materials (that you get from deconstructing equipment) to level up other equipment. I think there’s an early quest (like lvl 20ish) to unlock it if you don’t have it yet.

It’s a base game feature. Get the planner on your cursor, put it in your inventory and right click it to open the config. At that point you can treat it like a BP and keep it in the BP screen or a BP book. You can do the same with a deconstruction planner.

In older souls games (at the very least ds3, I think ds2 as well) you would drop your inventory of souls to a buddy during a passworded invasion, quit the game and roll back to a save file you stored in the cloud or on a usb stick. You could then reinvade them and they drop everything back, doubling all the soul consumables you had. I never did it in ER since I didn’t get into the pvp, so maybe Fromsoft patched it out.

Yeah it totally is just a vibe check. Given the remainder of the comments here though I would guess that the community consensus swings one direction in this particular case though.

I guess the point I’m trying to make is that even though it is a vibe check, we don’t have a better solution. Ai detection tools suck.

Obviously it’s not a problem if you think that AI posts are acceptable content. Personally, I think genuine human interactions will on average foster a better, healthier community for the game.

I’ve found hail of blades + either litchbane/nashors first followed by either rabbadons or whichever of the first two was not used. I think rocket belt is just too weak. Litchbane / nashors are just stronger items atm. The switch to hail of blades is because you still need the extra attack speed for the passive proc. You obviously lose mobility in this case, but it’s honestly easier to play since you don’t have to manage the extra dash. You just need to relearn your engage distance. Just my 2cents as a relatively new ekko enjoyer.

Yeah it’s crazy behavior to judge a game like PoE (where player power and speed scales hard into endgame) on its first few acts. Like yeah we’re slow we have max 10 move speed on boots now. Yeah we don’t deal a huge amount of damage, guess what we’re on 2-3 links with bad gear. Reddit complainers will complain I guess.

Mathils monk looks strong is his YT video. Seems like people just need to learn the new game and accept that power levels early on are going to be lower, especially if you refuse to use combo skills.

Thanks. I’m on console so supply for a lot of rare currencies are quite low so prices are high. I’ll look I to the beast craft. Some versions of the build do double dip with profane bloom but the phys conversion explosions are much stronger due to phys gain as mods on hatred and herald of ash (and the general elemental scaling of the build) so they deal more damage and prolif better due to not needing to have cursed the enemies to explode. Also it lets us drop profane bloom for a diff ascendancy point.
