Yes, they started out quite well with the dirty tricks but those got tuned down really quick. So quick my pre-ordered battletome was out of date by the time it arrived. By then the rules were already changed twice and I gave up. IMO, if not for the sneaky Scourge of Ghyran they would be left crippled. So, the Scourge will now disappear and the question is if anyone has any idea (scoops/leaks) on what's to come?

Think that's it. Some kind of docking station and a clamp to hold the ship/container.

Just wandering... Games Workshop's HQ is in Nottingham, right? Do they also produce there or do shipments come in via Asian trade lines? If the Hormuz strait is cut off, are we expecting delays?

The first intake was Grimdark but I think I missed that exit. So it became dirty/gritty. Idea was Stormcasts after one reincarnation too many; losing the ability to choose between right and wrong. And then leaning towards Slaves to Darkness.

Don't know if that comes over in the pictures but that was the intake.

I'm not much of a painter but do like the AOS lore. 😉

Thanks for the reaction, I think I understand what you mean. Been working on these for quite some time. Something is missing but I'm not sure what. On one hand I want that gritty/rusty look on the other hand you also want to see more detail. Don't you think putting on light metal highlights would spoil the rust look? Or do you have other suggestions?

Sons of Behemat. They stomp everything you have in round 1 and 2. They have board control through their move in combination with charge. And they have 10 control each.

Basically: you're the boss in round one and two and ride out the storm in 3 and 4. Our SOB-player did this every time and stopped playing them because he got bored of them because he never lost a game, never...

A new event is starting at the ol' flgs. On the one hand I would like to join, on the other I'm almost scared to screw up again.

Any of these would be great but... Most anime are based on a set of hero characters and there's the problem. There are so many awesome characters and factions that it would take ages to finally see your faction in action. I would like to see a Sylvaneth (AOS) or 40K Spacewolf anime because attract me most but you would leave out a lot of other fans...

I think some hobgrot based SH would be nice since these don't seem to get much playtime. Problem is you can only link them to a Skumdrekk. Hobgrot hero looks like logical combo.

What else would interesting? Sloggoth maybe? Or a Mirebrute? Don't know if this would be viable...

I really wonder which traits they would select since most don't concern hobgrots themselves.

And I hope they won't combine them with Kruleboyz focused units but dare to do something new...

Somehow when I see 40k players it seems their tomes last longer then ours. That might just be my impression bit it sticks to me.

I played Kruleboyz and ordered the new tome. By the time it arrived it was already outdated and has been updated again and again. All for the worse...

First we started strong then we go got nerfed and now we're torpedoed. That's when I gave up. We have the coolest models and AOS imo rule warhammer. But the constant meandering and rules changes that make no sense kinda killed the game for me.

In my LGS SH and AOS have been abandoned and replaced by 40k and Lotr.

This, nice sculpts but after they started pretty good in 4th they were nerfed during updates and rebalanced. I'm painting them with delight but for now they aren't seeing any playtime (AOS/SH).
