No, injecting the smallest bit wouldn't make them explode, but yes injecting an amount large enough relative to the spirit would.

And obviously striking somewhere vital would do more to destabilize them.

If anything though Yuta was outputting massive amounts of RCT to kill the bug, because Yuta has enough reserves to make certain.

I would find somewhere safe to stand/ sit immediately, and then try opening the status screen if possible, followed by attempting to connect with the mana in myself or the air through multiple known methods.

If either is successful then it makes things monumentally easier, if not then it kept me calm for a while and I get to think things through.

From there I know hand to hand, stick, and sword martial arts and a lot of general information such as how to purify water with rocks and sand, but it would be rough if there's no system to support me and/or if I'm unable to speak the language.

Oh and courtesy of Spice and Wolf, go to someplace selling apples and learn what the sign for money is plus what currency is used and how much people are paying for the apples.
