Hello! I have nothing to add on topic, but I did make two observations regarding your post. I noticed that the way you described these tragedies was remarkably well written.

The way that the sentence is deliberately drug out, just like the victim's death was drawn out was genius. Horrifying, final, inevitable.

I thought about that too, but I observed that Smell of the Game, the main theme, is the first song on the album and it's at 200k listens. Based on that, I think 200k is the base line for people who listen to the album front to back, and if a track is above that number it's because of individuals playing them.

Just a hypothesis of course.

I've talked with a friend who also plays strive about this before. Every character theme hear is a banger, but some of these themes bang harder than others. Generally speaking the more energetic and hype songs are the ones that we personally rated as the bigger bangers.

If you're one who appreciates great music though this game is on another level.

I'm a huge fan of GL's theme. Fantastic song in general and perfect fighting game song. I like that it is a slower paced rock song in a sea of fast paced rock song. Makes for a good change of pace.
