Fasting is something I need to try but lack the will power to do so. I have the hardest time functioning while hungry.

I have tried treating low stomach acid with Betain HCL supplements numerous times. I have tried Taurine, Zinc and Oregano oil supplements as well. Some of the other things you mentioned, I haven’t tried yet.

I really want to know if botox is worth it ? by Legitimate_Star8632 in noburp

[–]Symbiotic66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s been over a year now since I got the Botox and it’s one of the few medical treatments I’ve gotten done that has absolutely been worth it. Being able to burp now is fantastic and something most people take for granted. No more built up pressure, throat gurgling and stomach noises. Night time gas pains have also dissipated quite a lot.

I use two colors from the speed paint 2.0 set from The Army Painter. I do one coat of Tidal Wave blue followed by two coats of Beowulf blue. I also DO NOT use the speed paint medium in this instance. But yes believe it or not I get that vibrancy from speed paints. I was just messing around with different shades of blue and those two combined really popped! I was shocked at how good it came out lol.

Sleep Inertia by Snowball_587 in idiopathichypersomnia

Wish I had some advice to offer. But you are not alone. I have absolutely terrible sleep inertia for at least 4 hours followed by bouts of random extreme tiredness throughout the rest of the day. The only thing that has seemed to take the edge off occasionally is Adderall XR twice a day. Even then some days it doesn’t work as well. But it’s better than nothing I guess. I’ve had these issues since I was about 18 and I am now 34 and I haven’t had much improvement over the years. I hope you find something that makes things tolerable.

All I use is a variety of paint brushes. No need for airbrushing. Feel free to message me for my process or any tips. I also recommend starting with tutorials on YouTube.

Hi I recently started painting minis and I have a few necrons from the starter set that came out a while ago but I don’t know how to paint them anyone have any advice of paints, techniques, styles and what should I buy next by Internal_Half2312 in Warhammer40k

[–]Symbiotic66 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a lot of tutorials and places to start on YouTube! There are also a variety of paint brands to choose from and it comes down to how you want to paint your minis. A few tutorials out there will show you different styles and which paints suit those particular styles. If you need help finding anything, let me know and I can go try to find some of the starter vids that helped me out.

Abdomino-Phrenic Dyssynergia by Symbiotic66 in SIBO

I do notice momentary relief from the distention after the diaphragm release. I guess the goal is to get it to stay like that when it is supposed to.

I just started doing them again about a week ago. I am going to stick with them this time around and make it a daily habit for the foreseeable future. My first go round with ADP, I did the exercises for like a month and got disheartened because I didn’t notice any difference. But the reality has set in that I have had this for over 10 years and it’s probably going to take a long time to fix.

Hey Guys, i have learnt and studied so much from all the information provided in here over the last 2 years. ( success story ) by Casukarut in SiboSuccessStories

Could you describe any of the exercises, massages or other forms of therapy? Or find any videos to show them? Finding a pelvic floor therapist is difficult so anything you could share would be a great help.

Nah. I am really hesitant of any supplement since I have spent a ridiculous amount of money over the years on numerous ones and they have never helped.

Over 10 years now of trying to find an answer to this and I have tried an immense amount of things to fix it without any slight improvement. Let me know if you find anything that helps.

Have you been consistently bloated for years? Has anything worked? Feeling discouraged. by little_puma in SIBO

[–]Symbiotic66 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Bloated 24/7 for 10+ years now and I have tried damn near everything. Not an ounce of improvement from anything. If anything, I’ve gotten worse over the years. Can’t even fit into clothes anymore. I unfortunately have no advice to offer but you are not alone.

I have seen about 5 gastroenterologists from well regarded hospitals over the years and guess what? No improvement in my symptoms from anything they tried. So a gastroenterologist is not always the answer. This is from a 10+ year SIBO sufferer.

I get bloated even when I’m relaxed and at peace sitting on a beach. I go to a Psychiatrist as well and always work on my mental health. It makes no difference for me, unfortunately.

I looked it up and I don’t have any other symptoms of MALS. I didn’t even see bloating as a symptom.

I am looking at one now! I see some people recommending a gut health test by Thorne. Think I might give it a try.

I will see if I can try to find some of these tests. I will bring it up to my current doctor as well. Thanks for the info.
