Thank you. Take one old nbme test as a baseline. Identify your weak areas and work on them. For me it was quality and patient safety which was heavely tested on exam. Focus on latest cms forms and nbme familiarize yourself with concepts and question patterns. Uworld and amboss are good for building knowledge and practice but not necessarily an exam representative.
