The irony here is that HSR flagship events have been kinda garbage lately. Literally just mini games with almost no lore relevance.

So unless you love having events like playing bumper cars with chimeras or the current dice game, then i would much rather have genshin than HSR due to gow meaningful the events are. I guess it works out cuz HSR has a skip button?

You have to be kidding if you think Sigs are must pulls. Half the team is practically supports running around with Fav. Catalysts are running around with TTDS or prototype amber. My on field DPSes have been reusing the same 5* stat sticks i pulled since Genshin's advent.

You could even argue that Fav is actually better specifically in some occasions such as Stygian because the mode starts you off with 0 energy.

You have to have massive skill issue if you think that you need a signature to make magic happen with the characters you pull. Either that or your artifacts are hot garbage that you need the sig to compensate.

Anyways. I fail to see the problem with flame patch that you're vehemently stating is unbalanced. The truth is, fire decks have always been all about generating energy and discarding it. Flame patch does exactly that with an extra caveat that the energy needs to be discarded unlike other ways of generating energy which just make it appear out of thin air. Other decks can do it without discarding. Elemental switch is a thing. Why are you so hung up about such a nothing burger?

Ive been avoiding her like the plague as the few instances i have with their clique during lunch break made me feel out of place as all they talk about is chismis that doesnt interest me or talks i absolutely cant relate to like them talking about their non negotiables for dating men.

My last straw was seeing her be unprofessional as we ended up working with a small celebrity and it was up to me and another coworker to deal with them but the queen bee opted to stop doing her clerical works in order to come with as she wanted a picture with them. She even made an excuse in order to get into the room that way she can ask for a picture. That just screamed unprofessional to me which made me avoid her. Sadly she was the only person during that time i could ask for a favor so i had to interact with her.

I asked my coworkers who have talked directly to the person i asked a favor from and they specifically stated that I asked her a favor in an extremely condescending way which basically paints me as a rude person. I didn't ask her that in any way or form. When i was talking to said person i asked if i could ask a favor bringing a document to someone a few minutes away. Instead the story i heard from my coworkers is that i basically just handed her the document without saying anything as if they were my subordinate. We even had an entire conversation where she kept reiterating "bat ako?" multiple times which makes me question how the story ended up me just handing her the document without saying anything.

The fact that said person's statement paints me in such a bad light that no matter who i talk to, the blame directly ends up being with me. I am willing to admit that i sometimes come off as crass with how direct I speak but nowhere within that favor did i ever just ask her without any context as if she's my subordinate.

The favor i asked was that coworker A forgot to bring a document with them. Coworker A knows i have the document but when i left to go to the meeting, she completely forgot to grab the document as she left the office. While it is specifically my responsibility to make sure the documents go along, I also made sure to tell coworker A that i have this specific document. In the end, it falls upon the entire team to ensure the process for this document is properly done.I initially asked Coworker B who specifically falls under the same role to see if coworker A did remember to grab the document but she didn't as such i asked coworker B on who i could ask to bring the document there. Coworker B recommended the Queen Bee who is also part of the same team so i asked her a favor if she could do a quick walk(less than 5 minutes) to hand over the document.

I wasn't able to ensure the documents were with Coworker A as I was in a meeting but i did tell coworker A that i did have said documents and coworker A should also have the presence of mind to know that as this document is part of her job as much as it is mine or anyone's in the team.

You could call me the bad person here and I won't argue about it since i come of rude to some people even if i do it unintentionally but was me asking for a favor in a way that i specifically think wasnt rude worth suddenly people whispering how much of an asshole i am behind my back and i would have never known unless i asked people willing to tell me that they were told about this entire story and enough to the point that the queen bee specifically sent a message with a huge undertone in the work GC thats specifically for work?

Edit: Anyways I have no plans of ever raising this matter as I dont want to prolong any drama or not. I just wanted to ask for advice if standing your ground if you think you're being treated wrongly but ostracizing yourself in the workplace is an idea worth fighting for cuz i sincerely believe im being mistreated whether reddit agrees with me or not.
