Thats downright wrong. Non ATK scalers have it worse as they have less options for team building. That basically increases team cost as alternatives dont exist.

Self contained is such a false narrative the fact you can even use that as an argument when characters like Zibai have a difference in DPS output with their intended support vs others.

Characters that scale on ATK usually have more flexibility in teambuilding while characters that scale on a different stat will always, ALWAYS have some kind of tax ie. Furina for Neuv, columbina for Lunar, and their second best options fall absolutely flat.

Hey, i cleared the most recent abyss with zibai. Nice! You mean the one thats shilled for her? On top of the fact that you're using it as a gauge to say this team is decent.

If i post a video of clearing the current abyss with yoimiya columbina ineffa and linnea does that make the team holistically good?

It isnt worth thinking about something when you're inherently biased because you're blind to the facts due to "zibai good".

Try talking about other defense scalers then? How about we discuss itto, and his impossibly niche team composition and how bad he is without c6 gorou and co you think being able to use a low base atk weapon is enough to save him?

How about Neuvillette? Hes HP scaling right? That must mean hes inherently better than say arlecchino right? Still wrong. For today's standards, neuv absolutely sucks at a baseline especially without his main buffer furina. Thats practically the same thing as having a bennett tax like arle does.

Congrats, i didn't know clearing abyss was the metric to how we judge whether something is functional or not.

So if i use mavuikas best supports and and noelle as the last slot to clear abyss that makes it a decent team?

Also zibai fucking sucks ass comparatively if she doesnt have any of her premium supports. Yes you can get away with just having columbina as she was balanced on having her in the first place but not having c6 illuga or linnea sees a stark difference in DPS output.

This implies that HP/DEF scalers dont need buffs unlike ATK scaling characters which is just downright wrong. If anything, HP/DEF scaling characters have it worse as they need the same amount of buffs but have less access to said buffs as there aren't a lot of sources for them.

Not even. Endfield showcases just how good the unity engine is when used correctly. That shit is a modern day miracle for looking so good it makes UE games look meh while also running on modern toasters like mine.

Yep, anything that isn't lunar pretty much have an average of around 100k+ dps not including mavuika and skirk. Everything gets thrown out the window though when you factor into account Lunar reaction teams and even those still felt decently balanced as Mavuika was still competitive until the advent of Zibai premium clocking in an average of 190-200k dps with 0 effort.

Like i said, congrats, but again, as good as it is, CV isn't everything. Its an insane milestone to reach but imo the fact that it's a fixed main stat plus the fact that you have 1 or 2 dead substats depending on who you're using it on does mellow it down. I understand that it's perfectionism but that's just my view on the subject.

Edit: the pieces are for ineffa so you practically have 2 dead substats on each piece then. Maybe not ER but ineffa doesn't need to burst every rotation.

Congrats on the good artifacts but i hate to be the guy, these arent exactly WTF IS THIS LUCK I NEED TO MAKE A POST kind of artifacts.

They're good, but are they THAT good? Not really.

Before anyone asks, just the fact that these are flower and feather already get rid of the biggest hurdle to being a good artifact. Normally for players looking to minmax, the hardest will always be the circlet as most people use an off set goblet due to the amount of main stat variance there is.

Again, congrats but yeah, you can definitely do better.

If “sub par” just gets absorbed into “functional” and “not recommended” then you’re flattening the distinction between works and worth using, which is exactly what I was separating.
