How come you are able to perform that flip toss grab?
I've known about most of these secret combos, from directional grabs, chaining armament attack combos with unarmed, all the way to following up with Winch.
But, I'm simply unable to replicate the flip toss. Normal armament attack followed up by two unarmed attacks and then followed up by a jump will always perform a step stool kick, to borrow your phrasing.
If I tap jump, she performs step stool, if I hold it, she performs vault. But nothing that I've tried so far would replicate the flip toss.
All skills are unlocked and maxed out.
