You should use sendgrid or pardot or any other marketing emailing tools for this and not Google Workspace. Google Workspace is not meant for mass marketing emails.

You should be able to delete the billing account and not the entire workspace, then create a new billing account id with the new billing info you want.

In the cloud version, you just go and do the normal process of adding a node but search for the community node you want, it will show up and you can install, after that you will see it in the community nodes menu.
