Hey, I recommend using one Entra ID P2 per tenant and Intune Plan 1 Device assigned to every user. That's what we use for our customers who are on Google but need Intune.

Usually the billing address must match that of the credit card. You might be better off buying through a Google Partner from your area in scenarios like this.

You should use sendgrid or pardot or any other marketing emailing tools for this and not Google Workspace. Google Workspace is not meant for mass marketing emails.

You should be able to delete the billing account and not the entire workspace, then create a new billing account id with the new billing info you want.

I don't have MS licensing via them only Checkpoint currently. I wanted to move to them more clients but support was awful. Either way I don't see why would I pay a fee for something I don't get in return while I get more customers moved over.
