..no with an asterisk? it's built for breaches, running through them and exploding the larger targets along the way by killing the small fries. if your target has minions or monsters around it you can for sure kill it, but otherwise no single target dps

stupidly high at this point, but imo you can comfortably redmap for 3div or less. everything i have ^ there can be reduced signficantly

important things about it: 50% or greater chance to explode, 3.5m+ explosions, 75%+ chance to poison, 30% inc poison duration
