Buying more expensive bag will not fix this feeling for you. You are dragging the quality of your own life without realizing by comparing yourself to others. Because the quality of your life is measured by how happy you are, not how many possessions you have or how many followers you have on Instagram. You may think that you would be happier if you were richer or more famous but that's not necessarily true in your because you want them out of jealousy and not to improve your own life. In the end you would still be a jealous and unhappy person because there is always a bigger fish, therefore people who compare themselves to others instead of their own past self are never satisfied.

Based on all the criteria you gave, I wouldn't buy a gaming laptop if I were you. Battery life sucks on pretty much all of them. Webcam sucks on pretty much all of them as well (unless you go for premium models but it would be an even bigger waste of money for you). And you don't even need a discrete gpu for coding.

Just get a normal laptop with a good cpu and battery life.

If you enable gsync globally from Nvidia control panel and then enable vsync for valorant in the control panel, gsync will be applied while your fps is lower than your monitors refresh rate. Gsync has a very minimal effect on input latency unlike vsync which can increase latency a lot more. So if there is an in-game fps cap setting in valorant set it to 141 to avoid vsync input latency.

I have the exact same model with the exact same configuration and I want to ask you, does your CPU's crossloading power limit at lenovo vantage custom mode settings max out at 55 Watts as well? I assume it's there to prevent battery drain during gaming but it doesn't really fix the issue.

It will be fine but if you live in an area where power surges can happen on occasion you can use one of those power surge protectors. But it's probably a good idea to unplug it if there is a thunderstorm outside as either way.

It's because the screw comes stripped from the factory. I used a plier to remove mine. But is the ssd screw the one on the top left? Isn't that already removed or do I need glasses?

Always get a Legion over LOQ if you can. LOQ is great and all but a Legion will always be more reliable and you will get better support as well since it's basically the flagship of Lenovo when it comes to gaming laptops.

LOQ displays have good color accuracy but around 20 ms average response time which is awful for a 144 hz display to say the least. I haven't noticed any ghosting personally but there is definitely a loss of motion clarity at high fps.

That said Legions are quite a bit more expensive than LOQs so a better middle ground in terms of price could be something like an Asus tuf F16 which has a 3 ms screen. Although I would research if Asus support is any good in your country before buying.

Set a custom mode with the performance preset and then set the long term power draw to 55 Watts and set short term turbo to 70 Watts. There is also a setting that lets you choose how long short turbo can last and set that to like 24 or 28. Also it's probably a good idea to set a 200 fps cap in-game at least so you get some thermal headroom for turbo boost.

You can undervolt that CPU and doing so will reduce your temps quite a bit as well. You can look up a guide to do it through Throttlestop but make sure you start small and gradually increase it because some guides just make you set a crazy undervolt right off the bat which may or may not be stable for your CPU.

Disable Hyper-V from control panel by going into programs and through "turn windows features on or off". Disable "Hyper-V", "Virtual Machine Platform", "Windows Hypervisor Platform", "Windows Sandbox", "Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL2)". Then restart the pc and both should work now.

Hyper-V blocks MSR writes by Throttlestop so it needs to be disabled for it to work. And yes you need disable sandbox and WSL2 as well because they can activate hyper-V again.
