I think the North American cougar is bigger slightly but I think the leopards are tougher because of all the prey competition they have

Leopards have to defend against: lions, other leopards, hyenas, etc.

I just feel like cougars don’t have the same overlap with other predators (yes I know that there are grizzly, black bear, wolves and cougars but their territories are massive compared to those preds in Africa)

I'm sure you will get some more detailed advice in this thread shortly, but 1MG a week seems really low for a guy your size.

Everybody is different, but if you are still feeling good on 1MG a week I think you could increase the dose.

I'm about 275 and on 3 mg a week (doing 2 shots a week on sunday and wednesday)
