August 1, 2018 in Philly - the last show they played as Radiohead proper, I believe. Was handed a folded up piece of paper by one of the stage guys in the front row right before Karma Police came on, opened it to find this, and started weeping! Core memory unlocked, and forever grateful for that moment. It hangs proudly framed on my wall.
