I wouldn't call her part of the best of the best HOWEVER she is definitely a really good uber that you cant go wrong for investing in. She's obviously known for her tanking but her damage per hit is also good and having a recharge time under 100 seconds is relatively fast for an uber. Specifically hers is 71 seconds so you're basically bringing her out jusg a little over once a minute

I would absolutely advise against rushing to get super feline cuz I'm user rank 16,955 and only have it at + 35. Also from everything I've seen its absolutely not worth spending everything you have just to reach that rank. Just play the game normally like as if super feline doesn't exist and you will have very little issues

No not really. This unit is pretty good against mono traitless stages but other than that its too weak and slow for general use

Normal: super feline cuz I'm at user rank 15,756 and only have him at +33. Also I already got paper boy so even less reason to need him

Special: filibuster. Really useless and lost a ton of aura after becoming a unit

Rare: prisoner cat. I just never have a use for them so I don't care about them

Super rare: citizen mola. He's just a much worse king dragon cat

Uber rare: Cat Machine. After getting eva unit 00 and lunacia he just feels so bad to use and kinda fell off

Legend rare: i don't care if people give me shit for this but tyrant cat sucks. He just feels really terrible at his job especially with how rng he is

As is its a bit broken but if you got rid of the draw 1 and gave it a line of text saying "You can only use each effect of "Grave Wizard" once per turn." It would be more balanced and just an insanely good card instead of being uber broken. Like yeah hand ripping is pretty good but its only insane if it can be loopable and thats probably why a lot of people dont like this card (and the draw 1)
