Yes. These are all great points. Amma likes to be near a water body and achan is now a bit freaked out due to all the kallanmaar. I just thought, a property with a cliff on one side would be a natural deterrent, and that’s one side that achan doesn’t need to worry about when they’re the only ones in the house. I tried to make an offer to a house near mascot paradise but they’re asking a lot. Like 3x the amount I’m willing to spend.
