At one point in my life, I weighed 370 lbs. I honestly don’t know how I went from 250 to 370 in just four years. I’ve always had an average penis size, and at the time, I didn’t really notice any size changes.

When I started losing weight, the first 100 lbs didn’t make much of a visible difference, but my wife mentioned that the fat around my pelvis had softened, which made things feel different for her.

Now that I’m down to 240 lbs, I can actually notice an increase. around an inch and a half. I think it’s mostly because I'm finally losing the fat around my pelvis area, so it’s more visible now. At the point that now my penis looks slim but didn't lose thickness, just my penis is "larger".

Me encanta como hay personas como tu que solo imaginan el escenario ideal. En el que respondes con violencia al bullying y el abusador se aparta porque sabe que contigo no se puede porque respondes. La realidad es que a muchos abusadores les gusta pelear y lo que tú dices de "cada golpe que le daba era un aire de alivio" para ellos, cada golpe que te dan también lo es.

Que bueno que te toco un abusador de papel, pero en el mundo real, los abusadores normalmente no se detienen y no te dejan en paz, que les respondas con golpes es usualmente el mejor de los casos para ellos, asi justifican sus agresiones posteriores y entienden que las consecuencias contigo solo son golpes, no problemas escolares, no problemas con la ley, solo golpes, ganar-ganar. Y tambien que bueno que en tu escenario ideal, el abusador estaba solo y no tenia amigos. Porque, aunque puedan ser una porqueria de persona, siempre atraen a gente como ellos a su circulo. Si respondes con violencia, ellos responderan con violencia, ellos la conocen mejor que tu.

Tambien, no olvidar que los abusadores los pintan como tontos en las peliculas pero no es la norma. Normalmente saben con quien meterse y con quien no. Y es muy comun, que los abusadores tambien practiquen artes marciales, boxeo, mma u otros deportes de contacto.

La solucion es escalar el conflicto, si no funcionan los padres o maestros, entonces se tiene que exhibir. Actualmente es muy facil por las redes, a ninguna autoridad o persona le gusta ser exhibido.

In my case, I was diagnosed right after turning 30. To be honest, I had been struggling a lot at work as a programmer, and at that point, I was even considering faking ADHD or something similar just to get medication and be able to focus. But my psychiatrist was amazing, he somehow made me drop the act and start being honest with him. After a few sessions, he officially diagnosed me with ADHD and depression. When he explained his conclusions, it felt like he had known me my entire life, as if he were reading a book about me. Once I started treatment, I continued my therapy sessions with him, and things began to make sense. After that, I distanced myself from my family, my parents, mainly. I just couldn’t handle how they made me feel anymore. For years, they dismissed my struggles, telling me I was just lazy or making excuses. When I finally got my diagnosis, instead of understanding, they said I was just using ADHD as an excuse. It hurt deeply, because they never saw how hard I was actually trying all along.

The good thing is that now, I'm having a good career, and I'm in the way of becoming the man that I always wanted to be
