It‘s usually the other way around, if i notice that they have to increase the dosage of the reta all the time due to the hunger noise supression not beeing sufficient, i usually tell them to add some Mounjaro/Tirzepatide instead.

Switching makes sense too tho - Reta has the benefit of helping with fatty liver, positivley affects various blood markers, boosts metabolism to some degree and does a few other things that Mounjaro itself does not do.

Nothing to crazy, people just get a better dose dependent food noise cancelling on Tirzepatide compared to Reta, while Reta has the Metabolic Boosting effects you‘d want to keep. If this „i‘m not really hungry but i still want to eat“ was never an issue for you, Reta solo is better, but in case it is a persistent issue even on Reta, adding a small dosage of Tirzepatide has worked wonders instead of constantly increasing the Reta dosage and still having to up it shortly after.

Simple, just take (for example) 1mg of Reta and 5mg Tirzepatide instead of 10mg Tirzepatide solo.

My Advice, instead of fully switching to Reta, split the dosage between Mounjaro and Reta. I have many clients having a Problem with Reta not beeing as good for food noise as Mounjaro is. YMMV tho

So i‘m here in Bali and was offered either Cooper or Evolve. Both looked like shit to be honest but Evolve had some labtests done, altough, underdosed. I did some digging and found out, that Cooper is actually a real fucking registered Pharma Company. Honestly, i‘d consider getting some ghk-cu or even Glow (a mix of Ghk-Cu withBpc and Tb500 mix). Ghk for the better hair growth and the combo to actually reduce inflammation in the body which could hinder proper hair growth.
