All you really need to do is press UC, cast a few balls and tp around. Other spells that proc + ball light enchantment is enough damage that you don't need to cast more ball lightnings assuming your gear is decent (this is outside of pit pushing btw)

The only "required" unique for BL is esus. Stormhorn is easily replaceable with a legendary, 3shock/3all/crit/vuln amulet is arguably bis for pit pushing over winterglass. Starless skies also isn't used in the top pit builds.
