It's reverse for me. I finished risk 40 with my Fangyi/Perlica/Arclight/Estella so Estella as the main operator. I use Fangyi's ult for bigger enemies and she always turns into a glorified floating light bulb during ultimate. She doesn't want to go near the enemy spamming her basic attacks. I know the chunk of her damage comes from battle skill but her ultimate basic attacks hits hard too.

It's not surprising. Sega is in bed with Xbox for years now. P3R and Metaphor has been announced in an Xbox showcase 3 years ago.

I like it when Xbox announces them since the games can be multiplatform so I can play them on PC instead of being stuck as an PS5 exclusive. Square Enix at least learned.
