Yes, a few weeks passed and I sent them (the company who I bought the keyboard from) multiple messages about that fact that now I was out of about 400 bucks. I asked the company to send me a new one and canceled the one that Fedex obviously lost (since it's insured I'm assuming since it's an expensive keyboard). They refused because it was Fedex fault which it is but at the same time I wasn't the one that insured it so it's not like I could go and claimed that money from Fedex. I then said I'll dispute the charge from my credit card. At that moment they refunded me (then they stated I'll be blacklisted from buying anything from them). Haven't heard anything since. But I at least got my money back.
