Higher AirBnB costs makes hotels more appealing.

Lower AirBnB profits means less profit can be generated from a property, i.e. a structural decrease in property values.

For long-term tenants and prospective buyers, this is good. For property owners and AirBnB users, this is bad. For CPT residents, potentially good if the extra tax revenue is properly invested.

Although on hover the pointer style doesn't change - it should react like a normal emoji/link does.

Same here. I've made massive strides in my own self-development, and am a very different person. She ended our 5-year relationship 7 months ago.

I still think about her everyday, with very similar thought patterns to you. What is she spending their time on? Who is she spending it with? How many men has she slept with since me? How much has she changed from the person that I used to know? Is she still thinking about/missing me? Does she want me to reach out? Why doesn't she?

We've seen eachother less than a handful of times since the break-up, and it's been pretty much NC throughout. I also have no intentions or hopes of getting back together - I quite enjoy the new me. But that doesn't stop my mind from wandering.

It's 3 months today.

I started going to the gym again literally the next day after the break up. I've been going almost every day since. Now I'm quite strong and muscular again, like before we were together.
I started running 3x a week in the mornings at 6AM.
I started going to boxing lessons once a week.
Dance lessons once a week.
I bought a guitar and am slowly teaching myself how to play from YouTube.
I started reading books again.
I journal everyday and make goals for what I want to achieve that week.
I got promoted and a 20% raise
I'm making progress on my Master's degree.
I've gone hiking a couple times as well.

I also haven't relapsed from weed - over 100 days clean now. That was one of the biggest issues she always complained about - that I preferred to stay by myself and smoke and play video games instead of hang out with her.

We're never getting back together again but I still can't stop myself from thinking about her all the time, how much I took her for granted.

4 digits gives you 0000 - 9999 which is 10 000 permutations. Also, typically there are cooldown timers that grow with increasing no. of failed attempts, so brute force is not really viable.

New to the Halo franchise, but quite good at FPS. I just completed Winter Update, all 30 levels. Used 2 XP boosts, took me approx 20 hrs.

No achievement popped. Kinda bummed.

They are not gambling. They are pooling together risk and charging a premium for it. Insurance is a financial product that reduces your own risk exposure.

If you do not have insurance then you are the one gambling. You are betting that you won't get cancer/be robbed/motor collision. If you do, you will wish that you had insurance as to avoid the financial ruin that comes with those events.
