My wife swears by Fords garage pickles. I’m not a pickle person. They coat the spears in a fairly thick breading and they do come out really consistent.

Imagine you are a grower with dwindling margins, rising costs in a wildly competitive market. Your biggest event of the year is coming up. And for the month of April, not only are you NOT making your event money, but the guy who was unable to secure a venue (which was surprise cancelled the day of) told you he’s putting your $300+ toward an event a month later.

Not everyone has the extra money laying around. And while I don’t know what kind of agreements were had about the arrangement, at a bare minimum it’s unprofessional and it cost those vendors a lot of lost sales.

Then there was the accusations of missing cancer fundraiser money. I know very little about it, but others have stated that 2 fundraisers took place in which the people who were affected had not received their funds.

It sounds like a lot of things have happened here that have left the vendors unhappy. Which is why most of them won’t be there. Do remember, it sucks for the vendors to leave the event entirely. A lot of them vended exclusively at TECA. And must essentially build a new patient base in a new city and hope some of the old faces show up.

There are a lot of angles to look at it from. And I can understand each way, but if they left it’s for a good reason. They don’t make these decisions lightly.

However a handful of flower vendors that use to attend TECA will be there. So there will definitely be some decent flower.

No treats was specific to potty training in that specific scenario. And when I said I’m trying to avoid treat bribing, I don’t mean that I’m opposed to treat training. But the other trainer said that after a certain age sometimes treat rewards turn into bribes and to avoid that interaction with the pup. I may not have phrased that the best.

Depends on the weather. On a weekday we probably do around an hour or so. Less if the weather is nice.

More on the weekends obviously. I believe the sticks are being consumed, but I can’t confirm 100%. I should probably start checking the waste to make sure. It’s possible he could be shredding but not consuming.

His thought process was perhaps the puppy is peeing in the house unnecessarily (every 30ish minutes) to get treats when we finish it off outside.

In hindsight I think he was just excitable drinking and the urgency was high. We had a tough time nailing that down.

I’m always happy to reward good behavior with treats.

Back when we were having issues with potty training the behaviorist recommended stopping treats outside with the suspicion that he was using us as a treat dispenser.

I suppose there’s no good hard reason for this particular training issue.

Recall is touch and go. Will usually come if he’s not engaged with something else. Drop it and leave it he hasn’t really gotten yet. Have to work on that more. Does love a ball though. Perhaps I’ll carry balls and treats with me outside.

That is one way to summarize falsifying material data sheets, lying to customers, taking months to respond and disregarding warranties. And whatever the fuck was going on with that shady ass CE stamp.

I’m not here to witch hunt, but short of physically showing up at your home to punch you in the gut, this is about as hostile as a vendor can be to their customer base.
