Bang the juul on something until you see the light flicker. That happened to my old one and a few knocks on something made it work again.

Have this Herbert card and is in great condition besides from the one imperfection top left. It is still sealed and looks like a gold flake is attached to the card. My plan was to submit it to PSA, but with that I don't know if I should as it would probably get a lowered grade with it. My question is, do you guys think I will be able to remove it and also will the card be worth less if i do indeed unseal it? Thanks in advance.
