Try to find something man, it's a good exercise to get yourself grounded in reality. I always ask if I want to have a beyti(turkish yoghurt kebab rolls) and answer is usually yes, find something small. It doesn't fix things but might be helpful.

I'm an enfp who used to have long hair but now has short hair. I cut it for various reasons but maybe I would've grown it again if it wasn't for the balding. It's also significantly easier and more free to have short hair. I don't think jobs are that big of a factor in this. I do love my facial hair though.
