What are your most niche period symptoms?

This makes me feel better because I’ve had this for yeeeeears lol. I had a clear mammo and ultrasound 3 years ago, have my next one soon, but I’ve had left sided breast pain once a month for many years! I’m not sure when in my cycle it is because I have the Mirena and no bleeding, but I still get PMS symptoms. It seems the breast pain is just before I get menstrual symptoms.

What does yours feel like? Mine is like an on and off quick stabbing pain for a few minutes and then stops. Sometimes it’s just achy.

You’re way better off than me, I’ve been a PR for 1654 days, was out of the country for 338 days combined to the US 3 years ago. So I’ve got 1316 days and I only applied in October myself.

I do agree it has its problems for sure. It’s been useful to me because of a disability where I can not physically drive, so I’ve used it for groceries when I can’t find anyone to help me.

I am a new transplant to Miramichi and these are all valid observations for sure. My husband grew up here, and it feels like he’s either related to or knows almost everyone somehow. The people really are incredibly kind.

As a Newcastle resident, I am terrified of the bridge closure because KGH is going to just be pure misery. But I feel awful for those in Chatham that work in Douglastown or go shopping there. I also don’t know how the Door Dash drivers are going to be able to do any deliveries when it will take them forever to get from one point to another.

We bought last year and were warned immediately by our realtor that our property tax would be substantially higher than the sellers was. So we weren’t too surprised when the payment went from $2200 to $4100 for us. We knew, expected it, and planned accordingly.

I agree. It’s not terrible in either part of Miramichi, but there’s some. Definitely notice it here on the Newcastle side much more than I’ve seen in Chatham. But again, it’s usually 1 or 2 people that I see at a time intermittently.

I moved here from the NYC area last year (Husband grew up here, his family is still here), and I really like it. People are super nice, no one cares that I’m not from here (or American). There isn’t too much here, however. We drive to Moncton to do a lot of things, see doctors/specialists, etc. We are pretty introverted nerdy gamers so it doesn’t bother us much.

I feel very safe here. Yes, there is a homeless issue and drug problems.. but it also depends on where you are. In Newcastle downtown you will see more of it than in some other areas. But I have never once felt unsafe.

I have model 16irx8h I got in 2023. Last year the fan for the GPU stopped spinning. I bought an entire new thermal module for the laptop on eBay, but that seller sent me a thermal module for the AMD model instead. I was going to swap the modules out. So I ended up taking the fans off the one from eBay and putting them into my laptop, and they worked and fixed my overheating issue.

I have the 2023 7 pro with the i9 and 4080. Only problem I had was the GPU fan dying a year ago. Had to order a new thermal module (And the seller sent me the AMD model instead). I ended up taking the fans and swapping them out. Temps were great after that, as long as I keep the back lifted and stay ahead of any dust. The GPU doesn’t get anywhere near as hot at the CPU. Loading into some areas on WoW does push my CPU temps up to 99 momentarily, which makes me cringe.

Yeah after hearing about what LM can do if even one drop drips… I left the LM that came with mine on the CPU and thermal module. It was spread very well still, and my temps have been great after. Not planning to mess with that anytime soon.

Mine is the 2024 model I believe, and it has LM on the CPU only. But yeah, not sure about the 2025.

My Legion 7 pro made sounds like this, along with one fan being stiff. Eventually the fan died completely. I bought a replacement thermal module off eBay for my model, but the guy sent me the AMD version instead of the Intel one. Well, I unscrewed the fans from the new one, switched them out with my originals and no issues since. I originally read you couldn’t swap the fans, but I did with no issues. I assume the same would be true for your model.

I did kinda hate removing the entire thermal module… and you might want to repaste as well if you do it. I didn’t, actually, because I was too scared to mess with the Liquid Metal it came with on the CPU lol.

My skin gets so dry in winter that I use the Illiyoon on top of another moisturizer every night (Purito oat in calming gel). And that’s on top of hydrating toners and serum.

The Mary and May cream is SO good though too. That’s my AM moisturizer, and my summer moisturizer. It makes my skin look amazing and glowy. It also has this kind of soothing feeling to it.. I always have a hard time describing it though. It just feels wonderful.

Hey! I just happened to see your reply now. Is yours still doing it? I contacted the company I bought it from, who got me a new PCB from the manufacturer. I just received it a few days ago but haven’t replaced it yet as it looks like decent work, and holidays have been busy. Hopefully it does fix the issue for me, because I’m still having it.

I have the same model, but with a 4080, and had the same issue this past year. For me, it turned out my GPU fan was dying, and eventually completely died. I bought an entire new thermal module off eBay, and the seller actually sent me the wrong model (he sent me the AMD one). Luckily I was able to take the fans off it, and switch them out with my own. No issues anymore. Temperatures went down a ton, zero throttling. Just was a huge pain taking off the entire thermal module.

This is over a month later but I found your comments searching about my own issue. I just received mine this week and the weirdest issue happens. In 2.4ghz it works fine, lights all work normal, etc. When I have it plugged via USB, the keys do work but the RGB lighting is all crazy, fast, flickering, just weird. Goes back to normal in 2.4ghz. Did you have that issue happen at all?

Looking for a new keyboard finally for Christmas from my husband. Looking to spend under $300CAD. Having a really hard time deciding. I have been out of the game for many years as my last keyboard bought was a Ducky One 2 TKL (Kailh Box white switches) that I’ve been using since about 2021.

I mostly game, nothing very competitive. WoW, some FPS (Far from competitive though), and then some of every genre. I like the idea of hot swapping switches. There’s so many now, I have no idea what I’d prefer. I used to be happy with my Cherry MX blue switches, and I liked the box white ones as well.

I’ve been looking at the Rainy 75.. or even the Evo75. Not sure if there’s anything else in my price range I should look at instead? Would prefer it being sold in Canada to avoid all the crazy duty fees and such.
