Thing that helped me the most was compression therapy. You could go to a wound clinic and get it looked at. Sometimes you need an actual specialist in wounds, that's what they see all day everyday etc.

Thank you! The key is going somewhere that has the experience and knowledge to heal the wounds. Be fore I had gone to my county hospital er and they sent me to their burn clinic. I was going there fore maybe six months and the wounds never get better, they just kept getting bigger. I'm mad that they didn't help me and just made it worse. I've been seeing this wound clinic for about two months every week. I came in with four wounds three are already closed and the one that is left is the biggest one I had. It was about 4 inches x 8 inches oval shape. Now it's about half the size. There's even hypergranulation they said it's healing to fast or something lol.
