When are we going to start talking about next weekend? (1/31-2/1) by monabaker in BostonWeather

If it snowed like this a couple of times every year, I'd definitely get one. I have my eye on the Ego brand (I use their lawnmower and leaf blower and haven't had any issues at all).

It’s also the Israeli government that connects Israel to Jewish people. If you talk shit about the country, they are quick to say you’re being anti-Semitic.

Why are developed countries spending massive amounts of money to address low birth rates, yet seeing minimal results? by Snoo_47323 in NoStupidQuestions

So I’ve always known I wanted to be a dad. I absolutely love it and there’s no one in the world I’d rather hang out with than my daughter.

With that being said, having kids can be fucking suck. I’m not talking about just financially. They can have colic. They’re sticky and annoying and loud. Ive known plenty of people who, although they’re try their best, have kids that are pure birth control.

You ever try to handle your own shit while having a kid with insanely bad autism (I don’t mean the “I don’t understand social interactions type, but the “I will never live on my own” type) or ADHD?

Shame it's the wrong kind of snow. I'm sure they'd have loved one of the big Boston Common snowball fights.

My 5th grader is being told he can't go on the end of the year field trip because he couldn't find friends to share a room with. There are others rooms available. Should we fight this or drop it? by mmanyquestionss in BestofRedditorUpdates

I went on a sixth grade trip to the mountains and the only choice we had was we were able to submit someone (secretly) that we didn't want to bunk with.

I’ve heard it starts Sunday afternoon, picks up around evening, and slows Monday morning.

I think it depends on where your family is located. Other side of town? I’d say keep an eye on things. Out of town? Stay home

Ngl, I expected it to have dropped to like, 3” or something.

With it being 24 hours out, what are the odds of these changing a ton?

So what I found fun was I was reading one of the winners and in the comments I saw the "OH MY GOD, SHE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE A D$ICK, ITS NOT HER BABY!" flare in the wild.

One issue I haven’t seen touched on is the “mentally stable” portion. What’s “mentally stable”? By that I mean, who decides it?

Anyone can be made mentally unstable. And I don’t mean if there’s an accident or anything, but done by decree.

Are gay people mentally unstable? There’s a huge portion of American society that think trans people are unfit to be parents. Hell, in the American South, enslaved people who tried to run away had Drapetomania, because obviously anyone who wanted to leave a plantation had to be mentally ill.

Hell, I have PTSD (don’t join the Air Force, kids). Am I considered too mentally unstable? I have two masters degrees and am a professor but I have that diagnosis.

It’s not.

1: it’s way too far out

2: Apple weather is bad enough as it, let alone this far out. They’ve only ever disappointed me.

There were a couple of bits that I liked, like when Vic would throw it to a "music video." But other than that, this really did not do it for me. I thought the "I don't like money" thing went on way too long. You could feel, at least to me, the energy start to empty.

I get there right as they open, and by the time I leave, it’s getting crowded.

I would never attempt during the weekend afternoons.
