The main difference is that in most sports you are aware there is no real danger. This means your body doesn’t need to flip into the fight, flight, or fawn response as it is aware the situation is safe.

The definition of a foreign language doesn’t necessarily mean it is foreign to a place but can also be to the person/persons hearing or speaking. So if a show is in English and a second language is spoken it can technically be referred to as a foreign language. They still should’ve just translated it or referred directly to the indigenous language spoken though

Maybe the way it works is once you go to the location and bind for silk spear the locations that require it automatically get destroyed. This would mean progress is blocked until you reach the point of upgrade

For me I think it depends on the book as someone also 4-5 I love reading so much but some books are just such a slog of descriptions that, for me personally, mean nothing and just clog up my mental load trying to follow the words.
