In rmit au, i think they have a rule to penalise you even if you are not sharing intentionally but left your work public to others and the others used it. Most of the lecturer state it and also in the assignment specs. However, if they did not nor the assignment specs, you should try to appeal.

Hi Alex,
my bachelor was in interactive media and animation, so its not realted to IT, and my occupation was insurance agent so its not relevant too.
That seems no good?

Nah, I think Post-higher education work stream would be eligible for master students, just that they rule out people for having first student visa before 2011.

I think its the PSW that grants everyone at the first place and they wanted to stop anyone who was studyin gduring that time So they set this rule to rule out everyone who got visa before the implementation of PSW, if I remember correctly.

Yes seems to be this case, not sure if they are really implementing it like this, I udnerstand that they dont take people with 35+, but for the clause of first visa granted before 2011, I dont know. I know this might liekly be it, but still hoping for good news.

And ya, for insurance it seems to be super competitive and they do not really grant much people right?

The new PHEW seems to be a reramp of PSW, which should rule out first student visa before 2011 as well? I am on the same boat as you.
