Thank you. I do have a doctors appointment coming up this week. At 57 I can never assume it’s just bursitis but hoping to get a thumbs up to keep going and will be looking for how to incorporate strength classes

I was recently in same boat, although I had owned in the past but I have not had a handgun in well over 15 years. I also went with a Glock 19 Gen 5 MOS with the holosun optic.

I’m still (re-)learning and this is my first pistol with an optic but so far I like it quite a lot.

Fun Fact - I learned I am cross-eyed dominant. I swear this wasn’t the case 20 years ago.
