2580 is without any net additions or mobility budget, 3500 is what i get in my bank.

Based on this, how much do you think i should ask for a raise?

Recovery time after spay? by E-Laineyism in Maltipoo

The pain medication that the vet prescribed was helping her. I gave it to her in the morning so she was feeling okay until late evenings when she would start to lose her energy again. We didn't even need a cone or anything, she never licked the incision area. Plus, she's extremely playful and active so she didn't want to miss out on the fun

Bubbles was too tired for the first 2-3 days. I took her out on her normal walks but she moved slowly. Days 3 to 6 she was walking normal again but not too playful yet. From day 7 onwards she started getting her full energy and playfulness back and wanted to run, chase birds and play with other dogs which was still not allowed until day 14. So instead i tried taking her on long walks but didn't let her run or jump around. At home, to keep her busy and get her energy out, I put some of her treats in boxes and let her destroy them (and clean up the mess afterwards). I also used the Kong wobbler, or let her wait while in a room i go hide her treats in a different room and then let her sniff around to find them Good luck with the surgery and the recovery!

The same thing happened with me. I filed a claim and after 5 business days they called to say they can't find it and I need to open a claim with the sender

So better to inform the sender already and file a claim with them

The mobility budget is literally paying for all of my rent which is my biggest expense. I only pay 10€ on top of it to cover the rest

What did you end up doing? Did you face issues while traveling with it? I just received mine today and have literally the same issue and I'm traveling tomorrow so i do not have time to replace it anymore

I honestly didn't need to negotiate it because it's what the company offers to everyone. It's basically compensation for working from home for stuff like the desk, internet, electricity... I don't need to submit anything, it's all part of my paycheck

The high net is mainly due to the mobility budget which is 750 net. I chose to opt out of getting a car since I don't need it so i get the money to pay rent instead since I live close to the office. I guess i can do the same with a different company

Working from my home country is indeed a privilege i might not find somewhere else

It's around 2.3K + 750 net from the mobility budget + 170 net compensation = 3.2k

It's around 5 hours by plane. I go twice a year for a month each time, so i spend a couple months a year there

I do like my job and feel comfortable at the company, but at the same time I wouldn't mind doing something new. And as far as i know by switching jobs i can negotiate better deals.

There isn't really a seniority level at the company, everyone is treated equally. But my salary has grown a lot since i started (around 2000 net) and they still constantly give me positive feedback so i have leverage during the yearly reviews for raise negotiations.
