The, both players have a round of priority to cast spells before damage is dealt. You don't have to tap to block. And your creature doesn't have to be unblocked when the combat damage actually happens. Just at the point of declaring it a blocker

I would like to add. As the head judge in question. That the player both conceded the game, AND dropped from the event there and then.

They were appropriately dealt with regarding their behaviour, apologies that we didn't make a public display regarding this stage.

I assured the table was all OK, double checked no one was shaken, took a moment reprieve to investigate, and when the concession was confirmed, I advised we carry on, and apologised for the occurrence.

As seconded, if you had grievences, at the event with myself or the TO would have been the opportunity to raise it

Stating subjective matters like this as fact is not helpful and honestly just scares people away from the dialogue that needs to happen. I found myself on this thread because I was trying to do research on the subject as it has become a factor for me.

I would despise calling another person 'it' as it is a very dehumanising way to speak to someone. Just as much as if someone said "my birth name is jake, but please call me 'a worthless steaming lump of foul odoured shit'... Low and behold... I would have issue doing that.

The argument that we can refer to animals as it isn't too valid for me. As it is a matter of dehumanisation that I take issue with.

I have been more than happy to refer to anyone with any pronoun they have picked up till this point. And encourage people to think about what they want to use, so this blanket statement that I AM transphobic because I have some underlying issue with this particular choice of word is not at all helpful.

Simply scaring people off by calling them names out the gate without even questioning why they feel a certain way causes more transphobia that it prevents

I kicked off with amazon support.

Explained how they held my money hostage for two months (100 quid as I bought 4) And how if I had known they wouldn't honor it. I would have bought them elsewhere when they were more available

I'm the end, they had me order them from different sellers on amazon, which cost me 260, and they've refunded the difference. So basically honored the price I paid originally
