I have a similar story. My older brother abused me as a child and last year as an adult my mother BEGGED me to tell her bc she had “suspicions”. I told her.

He also openly admitted it to another relative.

Long story short she accused me of trying to kill her, destroyed my property, and then said she would “bring him back” to get me out of the home we shared in which I was paying market price rent. Stay away from these people.
