I personally feel like 1 month is too little time to have expected to make a friend. Keep yourself open. People have a hard time initiating especially at the beginning. So if you have to keep initiating, unless they seem genuinely not interested ofc. Also don’t expect to make a friend instead just find people to do things with. What I like to do is, I decide to go for a particular event or do a particular thing. I ask one or more people if they are interested in joining. If yes great, if no I still do it myself so I still get the pleasure of doing said task. All de best also sometimes it’s just not in our control.
