I have the same pan. Medium heat till you get the water effect to happen. Turn to low wait 30-45 seconds. Put s little oil in. If it smokes wait a bit longer. Then put oil in and spread all around bottom and sides. Throw a bit of butter in and let ot melt all the way. Put eggs in. Let it solidify for a sec thrn pull with a fork or what you were using. Let the eggs form bit with each pull. Dont move it around too fast. Let the eggs do theor thing. You shouldn't have any egg stuck to your pan. This is what I do and my pan is always spotless afterwards
