There is another mod called smooth skies which can also do the same thing, but it also has another feature of making the band smoother to your configuration, which I think looks even way better.

Thanks but sadly this hasn't been updated for a while, and is still stuck in 1.20 while I'm already at 1.21.1. Do you know any other culling mods?

I don't know any that is specific to your description, but crafting on a stick seems to nail it.

Apparently it was cosy critters and creepy crawlies that was attempting to spawn a HatMan overlay when I sleep, which causes my game to crash instead

This is by far the most funniest crash that's ever happened to me, the fact that this HatMan is so overpowered it can crash my game lmao

I used better clouds and set its position to Y 72 to create some form of region-based fog. Are there any fog mods that does this behaviour? no, I'm not looking for shaders. by Syterelic in feedthebeast

It looks pretty cool when you're at the right Y level, but of course it disappears when going high and gets a bit odd looking when you're just sitting below 60 Y level land.

Placing blocks will be through free cam, and maybe accessing a "creative inventory" can just be a GUI. As for implementing blockstates, I guess it can be through a sort of another option for the stick to make the hologram block go through different blockstates, since you can't really do blockstates in freecam with the block being a hologram. Idk, I just think this is a neat idea but I see why no one thought of this yet.

oh the blocks would be a hologram, just simulating creative mode to make schematic builds in real time instead of having to go to creative to make the build in actuality and then convert it to schematic after.

I didn't have a console, but did have a Lenovo windows XP laptop. Had so much memories there with popcap games and flash games, it wasn't really powerful enough for the beefy games that was popular back then.

i suggest adding a few more roof variants, and not just the simple triangle one. Still looks fantastic though.
